Right now your constituency doesn’t have a Mobilization Network for Health Equity group. The aim of this website is to give you the tools to build a Mobilization Network for Health Equity group in your community to advance health equity issues both locally and nationally.
Local groups will help us continue to advance health equity. It’s also a chance to bring people together who care about similar things. You can also just get together socially - you could start a book club or film nights for example, and we will also give you the tools and training to take more strategic action.
Becoming an organizer would mean getting more involved in Mobilization Network for Health Equity, and volunteering some of your time. In the first instance, that’s organizing meetings and events for Mobilization Network for Health Equity members who live near you to get together.
As one of the organizers this website allows you to:
- email all members of the group
- create events
- post a message on the website for other Mobilization Network for Health Equity members
- email a Mobilization Network for Health Equity staff member
- delete offensive messages on the website in line with the Mobilization Network for Health Equity comment policy
